Our Spinning classes will provide a
heart-pounding cardio workout over a 60
minute instructor led class. Through a
series of maneuvers on a recumbent bike,
you will work your quads, buttocks, arms
and cardio-vascular system in a
graduated method helping you reach your
peak fitness levels.
A 60 minute class is a simulated bike
ride in a series of sprints, jumps while
riding with varied amounts of
resistance, all members are instructed
to perform these work-outs at their own
individual pace.
A motivational instructor will provide
scripted maneuvers in a group format,
while offering individual motivation to
class members.
